Use embedded parts in construction. What are embedded parts and where are they used?

Why do you need this? Where are they placed?

Embedded components ensure reliable connection of reinforced concrete structures (RC) as well as RC and metal structures. This in turn significantly improves the overall reliability of the building or structure, simplifies installation and brings other positive effects

Parts are laid in concrete structures (usually in the latter production stage, but not necessarily). Also, the way this is done is that the sheet metal is in the concrete, and the anchors come out. Thanks to this anchor, the ZhBK can be reliably connected to another ZhBK or element of the metal frame. In most cases, the anchors are connected by welding

Therefore, it is clear that the embedded parts increase the strength of the prefabricated structure, can rigidly fix certain elements, and in general significantly improve the reliability of the object. This is probably why modern monolithic buildings are unthinkable without them

Where are embedded parts used?

Wherever it is necessary to connect two or more elements of a reinforced concrete or metal structure. Among the most obvious application areas, we note:

Installation of block structures such as wells, canals and tunnels

Installation of load-bearing or envelope structures based on reinforced concrete structures
